- Sales completed (S&P date) during pre-launch and launch period are not entitled to the bonus incentives

Advertising Far East projects and use of FEO marketing collaterals
Dear members, please note FEO takes a serious stand against agent(s) who advertises Far East project(s) at a price lower than the selling price quoted by the developer itself as it consitute misrepresentation of information. FEO will not hesitate to report the matter to CEA.
*This does not include property sold by individual owners.
We appreciate your support and adherence to all guideline listed herein.
Do and Don’t
1. Preferred agent is allowed to download and use FEO sales kit and material from AIP for presentation to their client.
2. FEO marketing collateral are not to be mixed with other developer project to avoid confusion to customers.
3. Any addition, removal, amendments or extraction of information out of context from any FEO marketing collateral is strictly prohibited.
4. Agent is not to claim representative of FEO or enter into agreement on behalf of FEO unless appointed in writing.
5. FEO reserves the right to recall, void or null any approval or use of marketing material granted to agent without explaination. This includes the use of images, content, company name, information and any other material related to the company.
6. Agent is to seek approval from FEO with regards to marketing any FEO project and is required to follow FEO guidelines strictly.
